[PythonCAD] Setup links are broken

Hello,
I'm trying to install Pythoncad on a windows pc, and I have problems with pygtk.
Which is the easiest way to install pygtk for windows?

By the way, the links in
http://morgul.no-ip.com/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=installation#windows_installation_procedure
seem to be broken. If someone has new links, I will update them in the
wiki.
