[PythonCE] emulator or CE guildlines

Hi!

I dont have an HPC but I would like to develop an application on pythonCE for such devices. Can someone point me to a way that I can emulate my PythonCE apps. for testing on windows 2000? or is there a URL that states a few guildlines about User interfaces  and other issues on windows CE?
