Pythonwin requires win32ui which has not been ported.

I tried it, but there are differences with rich text control and some other stuff. I ran out of 
time.

I think getting wxWindows/wxPython on there is the best bet, and wxWindows folks 
claim to be working on a CE port but I see little progress since march 2002.
