[PythonCE] Problems with Ver. 2.3

1) When I use listdir on an empty folder I get a ValueError message.
What can I do that should not happen.

2) The time module seems to still be from an older version. Since all the
things that are said to be changed since 2.1 don't seem to work as they
should.

3) Is there any way to count time less then a second on Win CE. (I
remember using such a function in a different language (PocketC)).
