[PythonCE] Python23.lib?

Howto make a .lib file from a .dll

http://sapdb.2scale.net/moin.cgi/MS_20C_2b_2b_20Toolkit

Not sure if it works for EVT.

So, it seems that the released Python for ARM binary  does include .h 
files, but not .lib files?


Strange to have .h files in there.
