[PythonCE] Pythonce Roadmap

PythonCE isn't dead, though I do not know who all is using it these days.

I no longer have a CE device. I am maintaining the mailing list (welcome 
to the list ..)

I do not know who is in charge of the wiki @ sf .. anyone?
