[Python.NET] Can anyone help me with a build of Python for .Net, that works with Windows 8.1?

We tested this out recently and it seemed to work well. Any idea when it’s going to hit a ‘released status’?

That fix is in the develop branch on github (https://github.com/pythonnet/pythonnet.git). You should be able to build it from there just by running the setup.py script, e.g.
python setup.py install
