[Python.NET] I have python.net problem can't solved, please help

Dear sir

  I try to use pythonnet to test import my own python file, after I try, I
can load my python file already. But, when I need to call the function in
python file, it always shown the exception in PyObject then can not use the
function I made in python file.

  I try many way then can’t work.

  I use the environment as follow:

> .net : VS 2015
> Python Interpreter : Python 3.6.3 x64
> OS : Windows 7
> DLL : Python.Runtime.dll of Release_Win_PY3 of Python for net on
 github


 There are attached files, please help to check where is the problem, i
really can’t find the solution on the forum.
