[PYTHONMAC-SIG] Problems with 1.3.any distributions

To whoever I had a conversation with over the last few days on the
1.3.1 and 1.3.2 distrubtions for PPC not working (sorry, I lost the
messages otherwise I would have sent personal mail): purely by
accident I found the problem.

Since 1.3.1 Python contains QuickTime support, and due to an oversight
on my side this means that Quicktime Powerplug is *required*. If you
don't have it the MkPluginAliases scripts will fail to work.

I will fix this for future distributions, for now you should just drop
the Quicktime Powerplug into your system folder and you should be all
set.
