[PYTHONMAC-SIG] please make numeric python available when it's ready

I don't remember who said they'd work on patching the new
python w/ the numeric extension, but when they do, I'd like
a copy -- and I suspect others would too.

If that person doesn't have a place to put it and python.org
is deemed an unsuitable place for non-release software, I
could host it.
