[PYTHONMAC-SIG] Another Installer Option

Another Installer option is Installer VISE Lite 3.6 from MindVision
Software.  One BIG benefit is that it is free for shareware/freeware
authors.

I played with it for five minutes or so and it looks like
it would do everything that we would need.  I still kind of prefer the
way that Stuffit InstallerMaker works, but you can't beat free!
