Sorry.  I searched the last 7 disks or so.  All they're giving away
is an optimized set of C routines called LIBMOTO [consisting of
cos, exp, log, log10, memcpy, memmove, pow, sin, sqrt, strcmp, 
strlen and strncmp] and Apple's mr_c.  That's on ETO #22. 

But searching at mot.com for "C compiler" returns these (and other) 
hits.
