[PYTHONMAC-SIG] Internet Config module available

I've built a Python interface to the Internet Config package
(finally), available for Python 1.4 PPC and CFM68K. You can fetch it
from <ftp://ftp.cwi.nl/pub/jack/python/mac/ic.hqx>. As usual, the ppc
version has been lightly tested and the cfm68k version not at
all. Please let me know whether it works.

I would also appreciate feedback on the design of the interface, let
me know if you would like it to work differently or if you miss
functionality in the high-level interface.
