[PYTHONMAC-SIG] MacPython 1.5a4 available

I've just announced a binary distribution of MacPython 1.5a4 to the
PSA-members mailing list. If you are a PSA member, you'll know where to
find it. If you're not, but feel like you could contribute to testing this
release: convince me to send you the Secret URL.
