[PYTHONMAC-SIG] Administratrivia: ptyhonmac-sig is moved to mailman

Folks,
real soon now the list will move from being managed by majordomo to listman, 
which is a much nicer package (and written in Python).

When the list has moved you'll all get a message with instructions on how to 
use listman, plus your password for changing options, etc.

Hopefully this move will not cause any problems, but just to be sure I'll post 
a message to the new list early next week. So, if you do see this message and 
you don't see the one next week: contact me and I'll see what went wrong.
