Sigh, my fault. Img is still being maintained, since I use it personally for 
my main python project, but I've been very lax at updating the documentation 
and/or creating new distributions. This is mainly because PIL is much more 
popular, and seems to be the image package of choice for Python.

I'll put this on my to-do list. Until then: if anyone wants what documentation 
is available contact me.
