[Pythonmac-SIG] Different event handling of IDE / Python App ?

You'll probably want to add a call to MacOS.SchedParams to disable event 
processing by Sioux and the Python mainloop. IDE probably already does this 
for you (because it needs it itself). This should probably go in the 
documentation somewhere, as more and more people use IDE for development.
