[Pythonmac-SIG] SWIG

I just updated my projects for the Mac version of SWIG. This is based on
the latest snapshot. The complete source code is included. If you grab the
source snapshot I think all you have to do is copy over the Mac folder and
compile. You will need the latest version of Tcl/Tk. That folder needs to
be at the same level as the MacSwig folder.
