I noticed this behaviour in my script. It basically read a file,
write another file, and then ask the finder to move the original.
Then do the same with the next file in the same folder.
When running in the IDE. At some time, it will look as if it stopped
after the first file. If I clicked on the finder, the IDE was going
to background and then my script was processing all other files in
the folder at normal speed. I did not had this behaviour with the
script running with the interpreter or being converted to an applet.
