[Pythonmac-SIG] buildapplication problem in 2.0

Oops, that's the first serious bug in 2.0!

Luckily it's easy to fix: in BuildApplication.py change line 115 from
	return 'pwpc'
to
	return 'pwpc', 1
and feed BuildApplication.py through BuildApplet and you'll have a brand new 
BuildApplication.
