[Pythonmac-SIG] test_fcntl.py (was: Python on Mac OS X w/shared modules)

The failing test in test_fcntl.py is simple: 

There is a platform specific switch, and 'darwin1.2' is falling
thru the default. Adding it in with the other bsd's where it 
belongs fixes the test failure.
