[Pythonmac-SIG] Stdio window closing

Folks,
if you run a script that produces output but exits normally and you
want to see the output you currently have to manually set the "keep
stdio window open on normal termination" option.

I'm tempted to do something that I've wanted to do a long time:
replace the two "keep open" options by something more coherent, a
three way choice
- Always keep the window open
- Keep the window open on unseen output
- Never keep the window open

Would people be inconvenienced with this? Should I add a 4th option
"Keep the window open on error exit"?
