[Pythonmac-SIG] Tkinter in python 2.1.1

Friday I mentioned the problem of importing Tkinter in python 2.1.
I got an error: ImportError: No module named Tkinter.
I am running it on a Dual processor G4 with carbon python 2.1 under OS 9.1.
On my home computer (single processor G4) the error is(for both versions-
2.1 and 2.1.1):
ImportError: Tkinter not supported under Carbon (yet).

I still have to test the dual processor G4 with the classic python.
Does python have known problems with dual processor G4 also under OS 9.1?
