Hmm, interesting... But this has the disadvantage that you have a
dual-fork file again. I'm not sure whether the advantages outway the
drawbacks, but it might be worth investigating.

Yes, they should, after a bit of massaging (like getting dialogs.rsrc
in your resource chain). Instructions are in Mac/OSX.
