[Pythonmac-SIG] Please test the 2.2 installer

Please send bug reports on this, either send "vague" reports here, so
other people can tell whether they have similar problems, or submit
firm bug reports to the sourceforge bugreporter and assign them to me
or Just (jvr).

The only problem I'm aware of with the IDE is that the multicolumn
browser with reveal triangles looks absolutely wierd on OSX.
