This delay is very weird. Sometimes I see it, sometimes I don't. I
hadn't noticed it showing up before running ConfigurePythonCarbon
myself, only at the very end.

According to the Mindvision people the delay is actually in the
finder, which is creating icon positions or somesuch for all the files
that have just been dumped on the disk.

Something I thought of earlier this week iss that the deciding factor
for delay/no delay may be whether file sharing is enabled. I've
noticed in other situations (like when I'm building the Python
distribution) that copying large numbers of files is significantly
slower (as in 5-10 times slower) if file sharing is enabled.

I think I'll leave it as-is for 2.1.1, and for 2.2 I'll post the
dialog a bit earlier.
