[Pythonmac-SIG] Quick fix available for IsAntiAliasesTextEnabled problem

I've put new versions of Fm.ppc.slb and Fm.carbon.slb on the website.
These should cure the undefined symbol problem that people with MacOS
8.5 and earlier are experiencing.
