[Pythonmac-SIG] Python / MachO / Cocoa

I'm curious about what work others may have already done, and what 
further work would remain, to make it possible to write Cocoa apps in 
Python ...

Is there a general mechanism to call functions in native Mach-O 
frameworks without having to write/generate tons of glue?  (I just did 
some Java native bindings so I've got my head in this problem space at 
the moment :-)
