I went and did a 'cvs update' to get the latest files and followed

I can take a script and drop it on PythonLauncher and have it run.
When I try to open PythonIDE or drop a script on it the splash screen
comes up and then it quits.
Any ideas? Do I have a conflict with another copy of Python?
How do I diagnose this type of thing???
