[Pythonmac-SIG] more on MacPython/OSX/shared lib

Hi Paul.

Long time no see. :)

What was the resolution on this? My Mac OS X Carbon application is 
failing the same way when I like to PythonCoreCarbon. It barfs at 
initialization time.
