[Pythonmac-SIG] IDLE / PythonIDE

At one point I had a patch for makefile.in that made it fink-aware (or  
really made it be properly aware of configure's setting for CFLAGS and  
friends), but I never submitted it and things have now changed.  Check  
the archives for last June/July for a message from me with a patch in  
it.

If I get some time during this vacation I'll try to submit it for the  
unix build pros to look at.
