[Pythonmac-SIG] GUIs and Python

Hi - I am not sure this has been discussed,
but would anyone know how to use Excel
as a GUI on Mac OS X, similar to the PythonWin
extensions?  While as far as I am aware 
there is no complete OLE mechanism on the Mac, 
realbasic can control the office suite.  Is there
a way to do the same from Python?
