[Pythonmac-SIG] Compiling extensions. Where is MSL_ShLibRuntime_PPC.Lib

Hi All,
I am trying to compile some extensions for python.
I am still using CodeWarrior 5.3, Python 2.2 source and Gusi2 for Python
2.2.
The project build in CW has a library called MSL_ShLibRuntime_PPC.Lib. I
can't find it anywhere, is it part of later versions of CW? Can I use
another library instead?
