No. Could not be launched because "tcl8.3" wasn't found.

Made a _copy_ of Tcl's folder "library" in System
Extensions:Tool Commands:, called it "tcl8.3", and now the
_copy_ of wish runs.

But Tkinter still misses tcl8.3, both in carbon and classic
:-(
