[Pythonmac-SIG] webbrowser.py fails on MacOS 9?

This looks like a problem with Internet Config (also known 
nowadays as the "Internet" control panel). Open the control 
panel, look at the "web" tab, and check that you have something 
selected as your standard webbrowser (and that that program 
exists, etc).
