[Pythonmac-SIG] questions about the MacPython-OSX-2.3-1 installer

When I ran the installer, the button I clicked to begin the actual install 
was labelled "Upgrade".  Is it always labelled that?  Is it ever labelled 
"Install"?

I had deleted everything from /usr/local/bin related to the 2.3 beta that I 
installed a month ago.  I also deleted /Library/Frameworks/Python.framework 
and the MacPython folder in /Applications before running the installer 
today.
