[Pythonmac-SIG] weirdness with Mac OS 9 extension

OK I think I know what my problem is. Just told us that we need only use
the GUSI2 headers and things would get pulled out of Pythoncore, but I'm
guessing that we really need the GUSI2 libs built as well. Perhaps fread
isn't used by Python.

I'm not sure why we don't have a requirement for that embedded in Just's
.mcp but I don't see any mention of the gusi core or other libs
explicitly. Perhaps they can be made available globally somehow.

Anyhow the problem now is that I can't seem to build the GUSI2 libs with
CW8 starting from the CW7 project file. I get 66 errors trying to build
the PPC core alone. A lot of those relate to time_t being redefined, but
some seem more complex.

Has anyone else used CW8 to build GUSI2?
