[Pythonmac-SIG] Restrictions on what you can do in a Python module?

Ah, if only.  The DICOM specification was (is being) written by 
committee.  It's an evil piece of work.  I believe the paper specs will 
fill a couple of shelves by themselves.  And all this was written to 
help reduce confusion....
