This "shouldn't happen". Assuming this is the official PackMan database 
(the one that opens automatically) please send the error message to me, 
and I'll try to find out what goes on. If it's a third-party database 
(such as Bob Ippolito's database) do the same, but send the error 
message to that maintainer.
