[Pythonmac-SIG] 2.3b1 PackageManager quick fix

It turns out the problem with the Package Manager was a nasty 
combination
of two things:
1. My CWI homepage was moved (which I didn't know) from www.cwi.nl to
homepages.cwi.nl, and requests are http-redirected,
2. Just before 2.3b1 was released a checkin was made to urllib2 that
broke handling of http-redirects.

The workaround is easy: edit Lib/plat-mac/pimp.py and on line 46 change
www.cwi.nl to homepages.cwi.nl.

The bad news is that this means I have to fiddle the 2.3b1 binary 
installer
before I can release it to a larger audience:-(
