[Pythonmac-SIG] Scrolling problem with PythonIDE

I have the same problem with 2.3 on 10.2.8.  Scroll wheel for 
Logictech mouse doesn't work either (yes, the logictech sys pref is 
installed and shows up in teh system prefs.  Works for other apps.
