[Pythonmac-SIG] Can we solve the "two Pythons on 10.3" problem?

Just tried it, and this problem indeed exists: the new Help Book is 
ignored
and the old one continues to be used.

Solution 4a: Change the name of the help book. I don't like this, so
other solutions are welcome. Can Help Books be upgraded?
