[Pythonmac-SIG] Testers needed again: Fix installer 1.2

There's yet another new version of the Python 2.3 fix installer 
available: <http://www.cwi.nl/~jack/macpython/JaguarPythonFix.dmg>.

This one should also make C++ extensions build correctly again with 
apple-installed Python 2.3 on 10.3, after installing a later framework 
build.

Please let me know whether it works, especially with real C++ 
extensions (I only tried a toy extension).

And, for the record, I used Ronalds solution of using driver scripts 
for gcc and g++ that set the MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET environment 
variable before running the compiler.
