What do the experienced Mac developers recommended for making icons? I'd happiest with some tool that lets me convert from some standard graphics format to Mac icons, as I'd prefer to do the graphics work with a tool I know (Gimp). This isn't even off-topic as I need to make some icons for Python applets :-) Konrad.
