[Pythonmac-SIG] ANN: PyOXIDE 0.5 - Cocoa based Python IDE

When attempting to build PyOXIDE (and after building IDEKit) I get 
missing file warnings for:

ExternalPython.prefPane
TargetKind.prefPane

that apparently were supposed to have been built by IDEKit. However, 
IDEKit built without error and had neither file in the build directory.
