Hello, what is the best/safest way to determine if my MacPython-OS9 is running on a 8.6 or 9.x machine? Searching for '<startup-volume>:Applications (Mac OS 9)' via macpath.exists? And how would I get the name of <startup-volume>? Are there better approaches? I am sure there are... Thanks a lot! Pascal
