[Pythonmac-SIG] PyOXIDE 0.7.0 on 10.2.8

I just downloaded this new version, did a restart and tried to run 
PyOxide on 10.2.8.  It starts, I can see the Release Notes text, but 
the application quits after about 3 seconds.

Any idea what the problem might be? Is it a 10.3/10.2 issue?
