[Pythonmac-SIG] general rule

Hi! All 

If I would like to use C (Coddewarrior for example) to
call Applescript for iTune or Finder or other
application, what is the general rule or code should
be except ask OS to run the script especially when I
would like to pass data back and forth between C and
applescript?
