[Pythonmac-SIG] simple setup.py-for-Windows question

If anyone wants a reference, have a look at makedist.py in
the BitPim source. It produces a py2app application on Mac,
a RPM via cx-Freeze on Linux and setup.exe via InnoSetup and
py2exe on Windows.

Auxiliary files such as help, images etc are in the resources
subdirectory (nothing to do with Mac resources or bundles).
It would be nice if cx-Freeze, py2exe and py2app were all
unified and it does seem like small steps are happening
in that direction.
