Here's a Numeric 23.7 for Mac OS X 10.3 (using the stock Python 2.3  
interpreter), built with py2app 0.1.8 (svn trunk)'s bdist_mpkg command:

Numeric 23.7's setup.py *almost* gets vecLib right.  Trivial patch is
